The Firm
Who the Firm represents and who handles the work.

The Firm’s clients have ranged from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, as well as corporate directors and senior executives, professional athletes, political campaigns, and trade associations.
Clients are not billed for associate time, and each matter receives hands-on attention from a senior partner. The Firm’s principal, Richard D. Milone, has more than 35 years of experience litigating and resolving insurance claims.
Throughout the United States. The Firm litigates insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, and before arbitration panels.
